Architect

Origin

I have always been a creative person, and architecture gave that instinct a direction. Studying architecture in Coburg, with its strong focus on sustainable building, shaped the way I think. Years of athletics, often spent training in the forest, deepened my connection to nature. Together, these experiences inspired my interest in bringing people, places, and nature into meaningful connection.

Observe

For me, good architecture begins with observing carefully. I try to capture what I notice through sketches, notes, and photographs, instead of letting ego impose a design on a place. Architecture should grow out of context, so that what is built feels grounded and in dialogue with its surroundings.

Resist

We have reached a point where resistance matters. For me, that means not staying passive when things are no longer sustainable. In architecture, that means being against demolition as a default solution and instead working with what already exists. Initiatives, groups, and collectives are part of that resistance, and also a way to make a public stand against injustice, whether for climate justice, social equality, or Palestinian rights.

Paparazzi

I always have a digital camera with me, so the post-party recap is usually covered.
